Frequently asked questions
Does every workflow need AI?
The task determines the right technology. Conventional automation may be sufficient for recurring steps with clear rules. AI can help classify free text, extract information from documents or prepare drafts. The assessment weighs benefits, potential errors, implementation effort and ongoing maintenance.
What will I receive?
Deliverables depend on the agreed assignment: for example, a clear process map, a tested automation, a configured assistant or a report with evidence-backed findings. They include the agreed documentation and test results. The quote specifies the files, configurations, handover materials and acceptance criteria.
Must existing software be replaced?
Your existing applications are the starting point. Interfaces, data formats, access rights and suitable testing options are reviewed to establish which connections are useful and feasible. Any additional tools or changes are discussed before commissioning, together with the effort involved and the responsibilities.
Is my inquiry a good fit for your services?
Every inquiry is first assessed for feasibility. Describe your current situation, the result you want and the applications involved. This helps establish the support available and the conditions required. If a detailed technical investigation is needed, its scope and fee are agreed in advance.
Can sole traders and small businesses make an inquiry?
Yes. What matters is the specific task and the conditions needed to deliver it. You can be the subject-matter contact for process analysis, data preparation or an assessment of AI responses. Integration into existing applications or a website also requires a designated technical provider.
Who integrates the solution into my website or IT?
svensystem Engineering builds and tests the agreed solution and prepares the technical handover. Your web or IT provider handles integration into your existing systems and their operation. Required documentation and coordination are clarified before the assignment. Follow-up support for the delivered solution is also explicitly agreed.
What information is needed for an initial inquiry?
A brief description of the workflow or problem, your desired outcome and the names of the applications involved are helpful. You can attach examples or existing documents to the contact form, preferably as anonymised extracts. Any additional data or access needed for the work is then agreed specifically.
How are scope and costs determined?
You receive an individual quote based on the clarified assignment. Relevant factors include workflows, interfaces, data and testing requirements. The quote specifies the services, deliverables, your contributions and the agreed fee. Potential recurring costs for providers, licences, hosting or AI usage are stated separately.
How do you check that the solution works?
Expected outcomes and suitable test cases are defined before implementation. Testing covers typical tasks and relevant exceptions, such as missing information, duplicate inputs or technical failures. For AI applications, it also covers response quality and handling missing knowledge. Results and corrections are documented and support the agreed acceptance process.
What happens after handover?
Handover includes the agreed instructions for use, maintenance and technical integration. Responsibilities for content updates, operation and handling faults are clarified. Further development or ongoing support can be agreed separately. Significant changes to content, interfaces or AI models require a review of the testing needed.
