AI is a tool used in the work of svensystem Engineering. It supports the organisation of information, drafting and technical implementation. This page explains where AI is used and how responsibility for the results is assigned.
AI in the working process
AI tools can help organise content, develop wording, prepare code and draft test cases. Their use is guided by the task, source material and review criteria. Sven Hofmann remains responsible for selecting, editing and approving the results.
Review and responsibility
AI outputs can contain factual errors or overlook important context. Drafts are therefore assessed against the assignment, available sources and defined review criteria. Technical solutions also require appropriate functional and failure-case tests. Identified uncertainties are resolved or clearly described in the results.
Website text, design and images
AI tools were used for text drafts, design and programming during the creation of this website. The published content was selected, adapted and approved during that process. The photographic motifs are AI-generated symbolic images illustrating the areas of work. The accompanying text describes the services and working approach.
AI in client projects
Each project starts with an assessment of what support is useful and feasible. Planned AI use is agreed with the client, including the task, information used, suitable tools, permitted actions and evaluation of results. Handling confidential and personal data and arranging necessary access are addressed before use. Agreed responsibilities and human approvals determine the workflow.
