Website hosting
The website is provided through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Connection and security data such as IP address, requested address, time, browser and device information are processed to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure operation of our website.
Contact form and email
To handle your inquiry, we process your name, email address, service area, current situation, desired outcome, optional details and attached documents. After you confirm sending, the data is transmitted through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH) to our business mailbox at IONOS. Required information enables us to assess and answer the inquiry; additional details and attachments are optional. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual and contractual inquiries, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our interest in handling business correspondence. The review is prepared locally in your browser. Your details and attachments are transmitted to the server only when you confirm sending.
Recipients and international processing
Providers responsible for hosting, security and email may process the data required for their services. International hosting infrastructure may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Retention
Business emails are retained to handle inquiries and subsequent contractual relationships. Further retention depends on statutory obligations and, where applicable, the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Technical connection and security data are processed according to operational and security purposes and the hosting providers’ retention rules.The website server processes form contents and files for transmission. Delivery controls retain the inquiry identifier, delivery status, timestamps and an origin identifier hashed with a secret for up to 31 days. Contents and attachments are not stored in this control database. The retention purposes above apply to business emails and their attachments.
Hosting provider security cookies
Cloudflare sets a security cookie (__cf_bm) when the website is accessed and may perform additional technical checks to identify automated traffic. The cookie protects the website against abusive access and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The legal basis for necessary storage on the device is section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; processing of security data is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to prevent attacks and maintain website availability.
Local content and browser features
Images and styling are loaded from the website server. Pages use standard links and expandable information. The application includes no analytics or advertising scripts and sets no cookies of its own.
